On February 17, Haimo’s CEO. Mr. Jianwen Dou and senior members of his management team visited Shangdong Kerui Group. After touring their petroleum and petrochemical manufacturing facilities, both companies teams discussed the status and development of the Oil and Gas industry in the domestic and overseas markets, the complementary nature of the two companies main business lines and identified the value of a strategic partnership between Haimo and Shandong Kerui group. Further to this first meeting, the two companies met again on February 20 and signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement".
Shangdong Kerui Group is a fast-developing and comprehensive international enterprise group, which combines research and design of high-tech petroleum equipment and technical services for oilfield integrated engineering with supply of oilfield comprehensive solutions and undertaking EPC turnkey projects. The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement by Haimo with Shandong Kerui will realize each other's complementary advantages and sharing of resources. It will also benefit both companies to expand service areas and promote mutual business lines, thus further cementing this new partnership.

On April 30, 2020, Haimo Energy Technology successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for ARAMCO offshore project and the units are now ready for dispatch.
