To create a learning organization, further standardize the company’s management structure, consolidate the credit consciousness as a listed company, improve management and professional competence of the managerial personnel, on September 29, 2012, Haimo Technologies specially invited some leaders of the Listing Department of Gansu Securities Regulatory Bureau and held a lecture themed on “Strengthen Standardized Operation and Prevent from Inside Trading”. More than 30 people including the company’s leaders and directors of the relevant departments such as Zhengang Wang, the chairman of the company’s board of supervisors, Xiaodeng He, the chief finance officer and Yixin Lu, the general manager of Multiphase Flow Metering Business Department attended the lecture. 

    At the lecture, the main task was to instruct on policies and rules, which was very specific. Starting from regulation of listed companies and relating the regulatory requirements on listed companies on GEM(Growth Enterprise Market), a professional instruction was conducted from four aspects: the first was an overview of securities market; the second was regulatory requirements; the third was companies’ standardized operation and the fourth was prevention from inside trading. Such instruction not only improved the management’s understanding, but also increased their relevant specialized knowledge, thus, it was very helpful in improving individual comprehensive quality and the company’s management level. It played a positive role in improving the quality of the listed company at the source and functioned as an integrated regulatory system to substantially improve standardized operation of the listed company.
