On 25th March, 2014, Mr. Wang Minqin, Vice chairman of the CPPCC national committee and Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce; Mr. Hao Yuan, Vice Governor Gansu Province & Chairman of Gansu Federation of Industry and Commerce; Mr. Wu Jide, Vice Minister of the United Front Work Department, the Provincial Federation of industry and Commerce Secretary; and the Lanzhou City Mayor, Mr. Yuan Zhanting, paid a visit to Haimo Technologies Co. Ltd and attended the seminar organized by the company.

    During their visit, they took keen interest in the production line, especially plant machinery and the laboratory. They were briefed about Haimo products, technologies and ongoing R&D projects. Later, they all attended a seminar, where Mr. Chen Jige, Technical Vice President at Haimo, gave an introduction about the company, its achievement and its strategy for the future. He informed that Haimo, a professional oilfield services company which provides the multiphase metering products and related services, is now also a listed company. Haimo is taking the necessary steps towards gradually developing into a new Energy Service Company, with activities and investments in the oil and gas exploration and production, technology development, equipment manufacturing and oilfield services industry and has re-organized itself into 3 Strategic Business Units (SBUs) namely “Exploration and Production Development (EPG)", " Drilling, Completion and Stimulation Services (DCG)” and "Production Optimization and Measurement (PMG)” groups.

    Mr. Chen also shared that the company has entered into the unconventional oil and gas exploration and development and over the last 3 to 5 years, through both organic and inorganic growth, is now a master in the core technology for the key equipment in the shale oil and gas exploration. With a planned investment & growth strategy, Haimo Technologies aims to be the Chinese leader in the field of new independent energy, and lead the local companies in the shale gas revolution.

    Chairman Wang Minqin highly appreciated the company 's achievements in innovation & developing new technologies, and gave the full affirmation to company’s development plan, saying that the government will further strengthen the capacity of public services to create a good environment for innovation and support the development of small and medium technology  innovation  enterprises in China.
