Logging skid
The logging skid is available in two main types: the integral skid, which combines power, operation, and winch functions, and the split skid, where the power unit and winch unit are separate and connected via quick connectors. These skids can be easily transported on flatbed trucks, providing flexibility for various applications, particularly for cable operations. They can be conveniently stationed at the wellsite for extended periods to enable well logging while drilling. Slickline skids are primarily utilized for slickline recovery, pressure testing, impact operations, and well testing. Cable skids, on the other hand, are specifically designed for production logging, completion logging, and open hole logging.
