Recently, Haimo Technologies Co., Ltd. (SZ.300084) announced that its subsidiary Haimo Technologies (Oman) Co., Ltd. (“Haimo Oman”) has successfully signed an Integrated Early Production Facility (EPF) Service Contract with a well-known international oil and gas company.

The contract is a long-term service agreement to be implemented annually. If executed as planned and the oilfield production progresses as expected, it is expected to become the largest oilfield service contract in Haimo’s history since its establishment. The cooperation further demonstrates the company’s technical strength and service capability in the global oilfield services sector, while also reinforcing its presence in the Middle East energy market.
Under the agreement, Haimo Oman will provide integrated EPF services, delivering customized solutions around key oilfield production processes. The scope of work includes supporting facility construction, key equipment configuration, and on-site production operation management, aiming to support safe and efficient oilfield production and ensure stable output.
The project will be executed under the DEBOOM model, under which Haimo Oman will take full responsibility for engineering design, equipment manufacturing, asset investment, as well as subsequent on-site operation and maintenance. Through an asset leasing model, Haimo Oman will provide the client with a complete production facility solution, helping to reduce operating costs and improve production efficiency.
Upon expiration of the contract term, both parties may negotiate an extension based on the actual performance of the oilfield. The cooperation is expected to create long-term and stable revenue streams and profit growth opportunities for the company.
As a global oilfield service provider, Haimo Technologies has been deeply involved in the oilfield services sector in the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia for more than two decades. The company has built a comprehensive service system covering multiphase flowmeter maintenance, mobile multiphase well testing services, flowback and well testing, oilfield digitalization services, and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) solutions.
Among these services, mobile multiphase well testing technology, pioneered by Haimo in 1995, enables real-time measurement of well production without separation, significantly reducing capital investment for operators. Since its large-scale application in Oman in 2000, the technology has been successfully deployed in multiple international markets.
Supported by its strong technical capabilities, experienced field service teams, and strict commitment to operational safety, Haimo Technologies has earned the trust of many global oil and gas operators. The company continues to provide high-quality and cost-effective oilfield service solutions under complex operating conditions, establishing itself as a reliable partner for international energy companies.
The signing of this overseas EPF integrated service contract marks another important milestone in Haimo Technologies’ global expansion, further strengthening its influence in key Middle Eastern oil and gas markets. The project is expected to help the company attract more international clients and expand its overseas cooperation opportunities.
Looking ahead, Haimo Technologies will strictly implement the contract in accordance with the agreed schedule, leveraging its technical expertise and integrated service capabilities to deliver value to the client. At the same time, the company will continue to deepen its presence in the global oilfield services market, increase investment in research and development, and enhance service capabilities to support the high-quality development of the global energy industry.
